The UEFA Appeals Committee has partially satisfied the appeal of the French club, which was punished for the behavior of the fans in the "Nantes" - "Qarabag" game held in the fifth round of the Europa League group stage.

According to the Apasport.az website, the continental football body canceled the decision to close the "Loire" tribune applied to "Nantes".

The decision made by the Disciplinary Committee regarding the use of firecrackers by the fans in the meeting with the champion of Azerbaijan has been annulled.

However, "Nantes" will have to pay a fine of 50,000 euros.

This means that the home match against "Juventus" on February 23 in the Europa League playoff stage can be played in front of full stands.

It should be noted that the game in France ended with a 2:1 victory of "Nantes".

If the French advanced to the playoffs as the second in the group, "Qarabag" will continue the fight in the Conference League playoffs.
