(Central News Agency) Indian and U.S. troops conducted a high-altitude training exercise today in frigid mountains near India's disputed border with China, as the two sides grapple with worsening tensions with China.

The Associated Press reported that during the exercise, the Indian army descended from a helicopter to the ground and drove out the gunmen from the room to demonstrate their hand-to-hand combat skills.

Other drills involved sniffer dogs and unmanned bomb disposal vehicles, and directional kites to destroy small enemy drones.
