DTEK Merezhi, which operates in Kyiv and the Odesa region, Dnipropetrovsk region, and Donetsk region, has confirmed that consumers will be switched on for 5-6 hours a day.

During the broadcast of the telethon, the general director of "DTEK Merezhi" Dmytro Sakharuk commented on the situation.

"Indeed, our customers have electricity for a short time - a little less than 5-6 hours. But it is much better than it was 2-3 days ago. We are moving together with "Ukrenergo" to move to planned outages as soon as possible, and not live in emergency conditions, and increase the number of hours per day. This will happen in the near future," Saharuk explained.

Earlier it was reported that Ukrainians reduced their electricity consumption by 15%.

And the head of "Ukrenergo" Volodymyr Kudrytskyi said that several blackout scenarios are foreseen in Ukraine.
