  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 red chili

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 10 leaves curry leaves

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

How to make Tadka Idli - Tadka Idli Recipe:

Temper the idli in such a way that you enjoy the breakfast.

So to make Tadka Idli, first heat butter in a pan.

Add mustard seeds, dry red chilies and curry leaves.

Let them explode for a minute.

Now add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well to prepare the tadka masala.

In the next step, add chopped idli and salt to the pan, mix well and coat it well with the spices.

Add black pepper powder and cook for just 1-2 minutes.
