The Kremlin announced the impossibility of negotiations with

Ukraine

.

Kyiv is once again being blamed for this by President-dictator Volodymyr Putin.

This was stated by the spokesman of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmytro Peskov, according to the Russian media of mass propaganda.

According to him, "the political will of Ukraine" is needed for peace negotiations.

Instead, negotiations are allegedly hindered by the "Ukrainian position," Peskov accused.

"Indeed, no negotiations are possible so far, because the Ukrainian side absolutely denies them. To start negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, Kyiv's political will and readiness to discuss Moscow's demands are needed," said the representative of the Kremlin.

The special military operation is ongoing, Peskov stressed.

Ukraine's dialogue with aggressor Russia

By the way, this is not the first time that Ukraine has been accused of "lack of dialogue" in the Kremlin.

He said that

the goals of the "special operation" could be achieved peacefully.

At most -

Moscow is allegedly even ready to make contact with Western countries.

He said, only this can incline Ukraine to sit down at the negotiating table with the Russian Federation.

In his turn, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi emphasizes that the

first step to negotiations

should be the withdrawal of occupation troops from Ukrainian territory.

In addition, the Kremlin must change its rhetoric.

In particular, to recognize oneself as an occupier.
