to the Bulgarian citizens from the parliamentary rostrum.

What the caretaker government has done and will continue until a regular cabinet is elected is to guarantee people's security, assured Galab Donev

It is convenient to attack the caretaker government at a time when it is doing everything possible to minimize the effects of the crises in which it plunged the country on August 2 of this year, the caretaker prime minister pointed out.

According to him, there is no way for the caretaker government to recognize the policies of one party or another.

Regarding the inspection of the Prosecutor's Office for the manipulation of the machine vote, the Prime Minister pointed out: Those who had access and were able to see how the machines work and whether they can be manipulated in any way.

I don't understand the conflict that arose.

The public prosecutor's office is the relevant authority, which upon receiving a report can self-report and carry out inspections.

There is no way that one person from a political party can hold the codes of the machines.

This is not a flash drive that spreads backwards - forwards.

It's a complex system.

The prosecutor's office is investigating the manipulation of the machine vote

Donev also commented on the formation of a government in the 48th National Assembly.

I believe in the wisdom and responsibility of the National Assembly to unite its efforts to form a parliamentary majority or a coalition that will work on all the problems that are behind the Bulgarian citizens.

The caretaker government is working, will work and will work until a regular government is elected.

If this parliament fails to form a regular government, it will be dissolved and it will be up to the president to determine the next prime minister and composition of the next official Council of Ministers.

Deputies must unite around forming a government.

To pass a law on the state budget for 2023, to spell out their long-term policies.

All those policies they say they hold.

Let them form a government, noted Donev.
