Wu Wenyan, director of the Metropolitan Development Bureau of Kaohsiung City, said that Kaixuan Green Tree House is scheduled to obtain a use license by the end of December this year, and will announce the lease in January next year. Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Qimai, who was successfully re-elected, went to inspect the final physical examination today. He visited the completed sample houses one by one. He saw that the houses are equipped with air conditioners, electric water heaters, two- and three-bedroom types, and basic equipment such as kitchen counters and electric ceramic stoves. , nodded in praise.

Chen Qimai said that before the end of this year, 7,000 social housing units will start construction in Kaohsiung City, and it is estimated that there will be a total of 15,000 social housing units in the future.
