In the Central African Republic, in the city of Bosangoa, an airstrike was carried out on an object associated with Russian fighters of the "Wagner" PMK.

This was

reported

by the press service of the CAR government.

The report states that the blow was inflicted by a plane that flew in from a neighboring country on Monday night.

The Tsar's authorities said that the plane dropped bombs on a camp of soldiers in the north of the country, and also targeted the location of the militants of the "Wagner" PKK, which the authorities call their "allies".

No one was injured in the airstrike, and authorities have launched an investigation to determine who was responsible for the strike.

The country's government said in a statement that the strike caused serious material damage.

The head of the Bosangoa Regional Forestry Authority, Etienne Ngeretum, said that the plane struck the militant positions four times at 2:50 a.m., but no one noticed the plane itself because it was night.

The official said that the blow was inflicted on the cotton factory, which was occupied by the militants of the "Wagner" PMC, and after the explosions, nails and pieces of iron were found at the site.

The mayor of the city, Pierre Denamguer, also confirmed the airstrikes to the French news agency Le Monde.

"It's a plane without lights that we couldn't identify. The target was a cotton factory that the Russians and the armed forces use as a base, there's not much damage," he commented.

It will be recalled that earlier it was reported that the threat of a repeated attack from Belarus is intensifying.
