Joe Biden 

said on November 29 that helping Ukraine and fighting against COVID-19 are Washington's top priorities.

Biden is said to have convened a meeting with congressional leaders to discuss lawmakers' priorities for the remainder of the year. 

Also on the list of priorities for lawmakers is funding the federal government after Dec. 16, when the current appropriations expire.

Also, the law on full force in the field of national defense is also present in the lists.

By the way, the media reported that the head of the White House proposed to Congress to allocate more than $37 billion in emergency aid to Ukraine.

In particular, 21.7 billion is military, intelligence and defense support, 14.5 billion dollars is humanitarian aid, 900 million is health care and support of Ukrainian refugees in the USA.

It will be recalled that Reuters, with reference to the State Department, reported that the

 United States allocated 53 million dollars to Ukraine for the restoration of energy infrastructure

after missile attacks by Russia.

The assistance package will include distribution transformers, circuit breakers, surge arresters and other equipment.
