Against the background of reports of a possible new attack by the

Russian Federation,

Ukrainians are urged not to panic, but to respond to air warning signals and observe the security measures that the authorities are talking about.

Ukrainian defenders are ready to repel the enemy's attack.

This was stated by Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on November 29.

He noted that this is a war and Ukrainians should "take everything as it is, without exaggeration, without understatement" and prepare for possible Russian attacks or provocations.

"I want to remind you that the scariest thing we experienced was in February-March, when hundreds of rockets flew at our heads practically every day, when the Russian aircraft flew... Is there anything else we can do to scare us? Terrorism is happening - in some places more rockets are used, in others less... Our troops ready, missiles are loaded, we will respond, shoot down, as we always do. Of course, citizens also need to respond to air alarms and respond to what the authorities say, who ask to still observe the security measures that exist today for our country ", - said Ignat.

According to him, until October, there were no such massive attacks as recently, because the occupiers planned to cause a blackout in Ukraine with several strikes and were stockpiling missiles.

"There was a certain pause. Obviously, the enemy was accumulating what he had already spent on the war. He was hitting troops, other military facilities, warehouses, the command post, and so on with these missiles. That is, a lot of missiles were spent during 8 months," - explained Ignat.

At the same time, he noted that the civilized countries of the world help Ukraine not only with weapons, but also make efforts to restore the energy system destroyed by the Russians.

Instead, the occupiers increasingly use Soviet-era missiles, because there are not many high-precision missiles left in the Russian Federation.

"But there is no need to relax. It is clear that they still produce them (missiles - ed.) to destroy the enemy both in the sky and on the ground," added the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
