Arvind Kejriwal said – We will provide separate funds to RWA, we will empower common people

MCD Elections: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is heading towards a historic victory in the Delhi Municipal Corporation elections.

In the press conference on Tuesday, he said, "We had made a record of 67 seats out of 70, now we are going to break that too. On this occasion, I want to give a guarantee. If the Aam Aadmi Party government is formed in the corporation, then the people will decide." Do."

AAP convenor Kejriwal said, "RWAs will be given the status of mini-councillors and if the public wants to get any work done, then go to the RWA. RWA will get the work done for the public. Will provide separate funds. We will empower common people, empower RWAs."

He urged all the RWAs to visit as many houses as possible and appeal them to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party. 

Let us tell you, the elections of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi are to be held on December 4.

A total of 1349 candidates are in the fray in this election.

Although the candidates of Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party and Aam Aadmi Party are in the fray, but the main contest is believed to be between BJP and 'AAP'.

Earlier, while campaigning for AAP, Kejriwal had targeted the BJP on the issue of garbage.

Targeting the BJP, he had said that if the party had worked in the municipal corporation during its rule, it would not have needed many of its chief ministers and central ministers in the campaign.

Kejriwal claimed, “There is garbage everywhere in the city.

On coming to power, I will clean the city.

BJP abuses me day and night.

We have made arrangements for water, we will also take responsibility for garbage disposal.

Give 'AAP' a chance, we will make the city clean like never before."

Kejriwal told the local residents, “We will make Delhi shine.”
