Military expert Oleg Zhdanov explained what damage the X-55 missile can cause, which instead of a warhead has an imitator of a nuclear warhead.

The expert raised this topic on November 28 on his YouTube channel.

According to Zhdanov, the launch of a missile with a simulated nuclear warhead should not be seen as Russia raising the stakes and intimidating the West on its part.

On the contrary, Russia is using the remnants of weapons - "scavenging everything that can be scavenged in order to increase the number of missiles in a simultaneous salvo over Ukraine."

"The simulator of a nuclear explosion also has an explosive part. The number of missiles remaining on high-explosive equipment in Russia ends if they are already taken from training and combat aviation complexes, where personnel trained on it, or this missile was intended to strike during exercises troops on the ground with a simulator of a nuclear explosion," the expert added.

Earlier, Defense Express reported that in one of the two enemy X-55 missiles that were shot down over the capital of Ukraine on November 17, instead of a warhead, there was a "screwed-on" block, which is an imitator of a nuclear warhead.

Later, expert Oleg Zhdanov reassured about the X-55 missile.

According to him, there was no nuclear charge on it.
