Until recently, Russia had an embassy in Belarus in Minsk and a consulate general in Brest (since 1994).
This year in May, it was announced that another consulate general will be opened in Hrodna.

, said that the decision to open the Russian consulate in Grodno "was taken and discussed at the level of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus."
