It was noted that Anar Karimov and the head of the Mingachevir City Executive Authority, Ilham Ismayilov, first visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city and laid flowers in front of it.

Within the framework of the visit, the Minister of Culture visited a number of cultural centers and received information about the general activity, current situation and material and technical capabilities of the institutions.

During the introduction to the Mingachevir City Heydar Aliyev Center, it was reported that the center, which has been operating since 2013, displays photos and various exhibits reflecting different periods of the great leader's life and activities.

The minister who came to the Mingachevir State Art Gallery was informed that 231 exhibits are currently protected in the cultural center established in 1987.

Mingachevir City History Museum was visited as part of the visit.

It was noted that 15,561 exhibits are stored in the main fund of the museum, which was established in 1968.
