Ukraine and its partners must be prepared for the fact that Russia will continue to strike to destroy Ukrainian infrastructure.

The official noted that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is trying to destroy Ukraine's gas and energy infrastructure so that Ukrainians cannot receive basic services.

Stoltenberg said that Russia did not just start destroying infrastructure at the beginning of winter, because the Kremlin dictator wants to use the cold as a weapon.

"This is terrible and we must be prepared for further attacks," Stoltenberg said.

NATO Secretary General stated that due to such actions of Moscow, NATO countries began to provide more active assistance to Ukraine, in particular, modern air defense systems.

"We need to help Ukraine protect itself from such a terrible type of war," the NATO Secretary General stressed.
