Ingredients

  • flour - 400 g,

  • hot water - 300 g (one and a half glasses),

  • dry yeast - 15 g,

  • salt - 1 teaspoon,

  • sugar - half a teaspoon,

  • oil for lubrication

Cooking bread in a pan

  • Mix some flour and sugar in warm water.

    Allow to cool.

  • Add yeast, mix.

  • Add the rest of the flour, stir until smooth, cover and leave for one hour.

  • Grease a warm pan with oil, lay out the dough, cover and leave for 30 minutes.

  • Cook over low heat, bake each side for 25 minutes.
