On November 28, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi met in Kyiv with the foreign ministers of seven Northern European countries: Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.

This was discussed in the address of the head of state.

According to Zelenskyi, the officials discussed Ukrainian needs for protection and reconstruction of our country.

The President also thanked them for their joint visit to Ukraine - "a gesture of support and solidarity is very important right now."

Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that agreements have been reached regarding further cooperation both in the defense and energy spheres.

There are also agreements regarding reconstruction projects of Ukraine, as well as in the area of sanctions.

He emphasized that during the dialogues with the ministers of Northern European countries, they discussed the creation of a special tribunal regarding the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

"The Ukrainian peace formula was discussed with each of the delegations, in great detail - the possible participation of each state in the implementation of the points of the formula. We are also actively working to create a special tribunal regarding the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine. We are working at different levels," Zelenskyi said.

He informed that the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, took part in the conference held in France, where members of the working group on the issue of establishing the tribunal are working.

Zelenskyi also spoke with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte.

The Netherlands provides substantial assistance to Ukraine in the preparation of the aggression tribunal and in establishing the truth about all Russian murderers and executioners.

Ukraine is grateful for this.

"I heard a very important signal from Mr. Prime Minister Rutte - a signal about next year. Support for our state will only grow," the president said.

Earlier, while discussing the question of whether Russian propagandists can be punished in court, Anna Vyshniakova, a lawyer in the field of international criminal law, mentioned a precedent - the genocide in Rwanda.

It will be recalled that the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced that the EU will provide Ukraine with 200 medium-sized transformers, one large autotransformer and 40 generators.
