[Reporter Yu Zhaofu/Report from Keelung] Fujian Lianjiang District Prosecutor's Office has information before the election. The reporter called Lin Zhengping, the spokesman and chief secretary of Ocean University on his mobile phone many times, but no one answered. He also asked Ocean University's public relations staff to convey his willingness to interview, but they were unable to learn what Ocean University said about this matter.

It is known that students from the three departments of the Matsu campus of Ocean University will study in Matsu for a year in the second year of the university. Many Haiyang students will move their household registration from Taiwan to Matsu. Transportation ships to and from Taiwan and Malaysia can enjoy a half-price discount. Sophomores who come to Matsu to attend classes must register for 4 months before they can vote. The 12 college students who returned to Matsu to vote are estimated to be juniors.

It is understood that before the election, the teacher of Haida University heard that the junior students would return to Matsu from Taiwan to vote. He once told the students that if they want to return to Matsu to vote, they should support the candidates in their minds and cherish the opportunity to vote. Take money or gifts to vote, otherwise you will break the law.
