A military emergency was declared in the city of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region.

18,000 people were left without heating due to shelling by Russian terrorists at the TPP. 

Serhiy Borzov, the head of Vinnytsia OVA, announced this. 

The state of emergency in the city was announced by the commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergency situations.

In Ladyzhyn, the work of an emergency headquarters to eliminate the consequences of the accident will be deployed.

"18,000 residents are without heating. The only way people can heat their homes is with electrical appliances. Coordination of forces and means of civil protection, military command and critical infrastructure enterprises is urgently needed," Borzov said. 

Currently, a headquarters is working in Ladyzhyn to restore the city's heat supply.

Additional heating points are also being deployed there. 

Rocket attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine 

Russia has been massively shelling our energy infrastructure since October 10.

The last large-scale missile strike was on November 23.

Then the terrorists fired 70 rockets at Ukraine, of which 51 were shot down. 

The occupiers have been shelling Ladyzhynska TPP since October 10.

Significant destruction was recorded there. 

The occupiers want to leave Ukrainians without heat and electricity during the cold winter.

This is done so that the authorities fulfill Russia's ultimatums.
