During the last 20 years, the

President of Russia, Vladimir

Putin , has been using the traditional variant of behavior when it is necessary to comment on the failures of the Russian Federation and negativity - he disappears from the field of view.

Political technologist Taras Zagorodnii told about this on the air of the FreeDOM TV channel.

"This is Putin's traditional tactic. He constantly just disappears for some very slippery moments, just out of sight, this is not the first time. This has been happening to him for 20 years. It started with the sinking of the Kursk submarine. He actually also disappeared, he did not comment on it in any way, and then somewhere he commented quite so slippery. That is why he does not betray his traditions. He never comments first of all on the negative. Putin is now trying to make his old KGB intelligence that bad news will be reported by other people," the expert explained.

A vivid example of this behavior of the President of the Russian Federation is the recent events in Kherson, from where the occupiers fled during the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces

.

After all, the order to withdraw troops from Kherson under the pressure of the Ukrainian army was not given by Putin, but by Surovikin, who, according to the political technologist, was most likely appointed to this position for this purpose.

"Because for half a year they conducted a so-called "special operation" - a war without an official commander. And Shoigu made this decision. They are trying to spread again that the negative will go to the military. And Putin in this case is just trying to associate himself with the positive in his understanding of the topics, which is already causing dissatisfaction directly and among these warmongers, a lonely group of extremely fascist people who want answers to questions that already sound directly to Putin. But he still tries to play this card that I, as if for nothing, I was deceived," says Zagorodny.

The political technologist notes that such tactics of Putin are supported by Russian propagandists.

Liberation of Kherson

On November 11, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated Kherson from Russian troops during a successful counteroffensive.

Experts note that it is important for the Ukrainian military to

develop success and not allow the Russian army to rest

, so they can move to active actions in the near future.

After escaping from Kherson, the occupiers significantly increased the shelling of the city, and recently, as a result of an attack by the Russians

, a 70-year-old pensioner died in line at a supermarket.
