As of today, November 27, most regions of the country have only stabilization schedules for power outages.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said this in his traditional video address.

"For this, I thank the thousands of people who worked around the clock throughout our state to restore light, restore water to people, restore warmth and communication with you," he said.

The president also thanked the employees of energy companies, communal services, repair crews, regional authorities, leaders of local communities who helped, as well as Ukrainian entrepreneurs who are currently turning their offices, branches, cafes and other facilities into new "Points of Invincibility".

"Together and helping each other, we will overcome this challenge of war - this winter, this is Russia's attempt to use the cold against people," Zelenskyy concluded.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned of new missile strikes by the Russian Federation and said that Russian terrorists will not calm down.

We remind you that new large-scale attacks on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure can lead to a blackout that will last from 12 hours to 7 days.

The General Director of YASNO, in his turn, reported that the planned power outage schedules may return in the near future.
