New Delhi:

After the CBI, now the Enforcement Directorate has also filed a charge sheet in the alleged scam in the Delhi Excise Policy.

ED has filed the charge sheet in Rouse Avenue Court.

ED told the court that we are currently filing charge sheet only against Sameer Mahendru.

Soon the agency will file a charge sheet against the other accused as well.

The ED told the court that the investigation is still going on in the matter.

The court asked the ED to first file a copy of the charge sheet in the registry.

The court said that the number of documents in the charge sheet is more, so it may take time to give a date for taking cognizance of the charge sheet.

There is a charge sheet of about 3000 thousand pages.

Manish ji's name is not even in ED's charge sheet

Shouldn't Modi ji apologize to the country for implicating Manish ji, who made India famous in the world through education revolution, in a false case?

Will the country progress by putting those who do good work in jail?

Here, the name of Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister cum Education Minister Manish Sisodia is nowhere mentioned in the charge sheet filed by the ED.

CM Arvind Kejriwal has targeted the central government regarding this matter.

He tweeted, "Manish Sisodia's name is not even in ED's charge sheet. Shouldn't PM Modi apologize to the country for falsely implicating Manish, who brought laurels to India in the world through education revolution? Good job." Will the country progress by putting the perpetrators in jail?

Significantly, considering the role of Manish Sisodia in this case as suspicious, ED and CBI had first searched his places in turn and then called the office for questioning.
