According to the Taipei City Police Department, as of 12:00 noon, there were 1 ballot and 1 damaged ballot in Beitou and Neihu Districts of Taipei City, totaling 2 ballots and 2 people.

It is understood that a 75-year-old man surnamed Guo from Beitou District went to the polling station at 8:00 this morning to collect 4 different ballots, but he only wanted to vote for the district chief and the referendum part, not the Beishi councilor and Beishi mayor, so he tore up 2 ballots After being discovered by the election officials, the police were immediately asked to stop it.

At about 9:00 a.m., a 39-year-old woman surnamed Yang from Neihu District also tore up her ballot papers because of a wrong seal. Both of them were discovered by election officials and the police were notified to send them away.
