Deputies will continue today the second reading debate on the changes to the Electoral Code until 3:00 p.m. The item was included as an emergency item in today's agenda at the suggestion of the chairman of the National Assembly session, Rosen Zhelyazkov (PG of GERB-SDS).

The decision was taken by 121 votes to 93.

The National Assembly decided to postpone today's parliamentary control until next week.

On Tuesday, November 29, at 10:00 a.m., an extraordinary meeting will be held, where the deputies will discuss the extended budget law for the next year in the first reading, and then there will be parliamentary control.

An angry scandal in the parliament because of the Electoral Code, they expelled Nastimir Ananiev and canceled the punishment

The initial proposal for the change in the agenda was made by the chairperson of the PG of GERB-SDS Desislava Atanasova.

The chairman of the PG of "We continue the change" Andrey Gyurov responded with the question: "Who is the chairman of this National Assembly" and called for compliance with the parliamentary rules.

"Continuing the Change" objected to the vote on Atanasova's proposal, because yesterday their similar proposal was not allowed to be voted on.

Nikola Minchev read the arguments of Yordan Tsonev (PG of the DPS), with which he did not put to a vote the then-made request for displacement in the agenda.

Tsonev stated that he maintains his position and believes that the item can only be introduced with a proposal from the chairman of the meeting.

He appeals not to put the proposal of Desislava Atanasova to the vote, but that of Rosen Zhelyazkov, as chairman of the meeting.

Asen Vassilev (PG of "Continue the Change") made a counter procedural proposal - to continue with the agenda as it was adopted by the people's representatives, and not to postpone the parliamentary control.

Kiselova: It will not count the machine, it will count the SIC - this is the essence of the changes

Rosen Zhelyazkov's proposals to include the Electoral Code in the agenda, postponing parliamentary control and an extraordinary session on Tuesday received support from the majority in the plenary hall.
