Taking into account the unserved term in the case of "anarcho-partisan" in the form of 18 years of prison by partial addition of sentences, Zmytr Dubovsky was finally sentenced to 20 years of prison under the conditions of an enhanced regime.

Zmytyr did not admit guilt, he confirmed his participation only in the attack on the Saligorsk militia outpost.

According to the new criminal case, Zmytr Dubovsky was accused of participating in actions in Minsk and Salihorsk in 2009 and 2010.

Then a smoke grenade was thrown on the territory of the Ministry of Defense.

Dubovsky was also accused of throwing a torch into the window of a support point in Saligorsk, breaking the glass in the House of Trade Unions with a piece of paving stone and taking part in setting fire to bank branches in Minsk.


In addition, the anarchist was accused of setting fire to the doors of the Akrestin checkpoint in September 2010.

On December 22, 2021, anarchists Dubovska, Alinevich, Razanovich, and Romanov, political prisoners, were sentenced to 18 to 20 years in prison.

They were accused according to the articles of Part 2 of Art.

289 ("an act of terrorism"), Part 2 and Part 4 of Art.

In 2010, mass arrests of anarchists in politically motivated cases also took place.

However, Igor was captured in Moscow and taken to Belarus, where he was later sentenced to 8 years in a penal colony in the case of an attack on the Russian embassy in 2010 (then several "Molotov cocktails" were thrown at his territory, the car burned).

Zmitr, who was next to Igor during his detention, managed to escape.

He lived underground for 10 years.

Zmytro Dubovsky and his comrades were detained on the night of October 28-29, 2020, not far from the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.

After some time it became known that the men were tortured during the detention.

Yes, after the verdict, Dubovsky told on a date with his sister that he was strangled by putting a bag on his head, as a result of which he lost consciousness more than once.

"He tried to describe how, with his hands tied behind his back, they seemed to tear him off the ground.

He even tried to remember the name of this torture... He said that his hands were all swollen and covered in blood from the flags... For several days in the KGB pre-trial detention center, he could not move because of his damaged ribs...," said the activist's sister.

Already while serving his sentence in the colony, Dubovsky announced a hunger strike.

It is known that at the end of the summer he was placed in a detention center for 30 days.

Now the anarchist is a political prisoner in SIZA-1 on Volodarsky Street in Minsk.
