Without electricity, without heating, without communication, and in some places without water: after yesterday's shelling, Ukraine was once again left without the advantages of civilization.

Most of our country has been living like this for more than a day.

How the indomitable capital is trying to cope with the blackout - in the story of TSN.

The first thing that catches your eye are traffic lights that do not regulate traffic.

Many gas stations are also out of business due to power outages.

And near those where the scoreboard still flashes, traffic jams accumulate.

In fact, according to the gas station worker, the reason for these queues lies with us: "The panic is artificial. We have fuel. The prices did not rise today, not yesterday. Earlier. Today, everyone noticed a lot."

The second most popular is water.

People say that they stand in queues for pumps for about an hour.

"Almost holy water. How come? Spring water," says Olena from Kiev.

No one goes to the pump stations without waiting in line, everyone politely stands and waits.

People are polite.

They understand that the situation cannot be changed.

Buy products - everyone is lucky.

Many supermarkets are closed.

But small shops sell goods, but only for cash.

And here's a little life hack - where to get it.

ATMs work in the metro.

Here you can recharge your phones.

Probably, the metro is still the most reliable form of transport.

Because from the outside the situation is more complicated.

Buses and minibuses run.

But some trams in Kyiv have been waiting for electricity for a day.

Despite the collapse of civilization, Kyivans are optimistic.

They say that they are ready to stand in kilometer-long queues to the pump or for fuel, if only victory is faster!

It will be recalled that Kyiv remained without water supply for more than a day due to Russian missile attacks.

The townspeople were not lost and figured out where to get water for technical needs.

People collected water even from the sewer pipes of high-rise buildings.
