A video of an American woman shouting racial slurs at her Uber driver has gone viral on social media, and the internet world is fuming.

On a sidewalk in Cathedral Heights in Washington DC, this woman can be seen getting into a screaming fight with a black man, who is believed to be the woman's Uber driver, while making racist remarks.

Another woman shot this video from a building next to the sidewalk, in which the woman and the black man can be seen fighting, while the door of a car parked nearby is seen to be open.

Apparently this man was her Uber driver and is seen getting verbally and physically assaulted by this woman.

She repeatedly hurls racist slurs towards him.

The recording of the video began shortly after the brawl broke out.

The woman is heard calling the black man a 'psycho', and tells him, "Go eat your medicine..."

She then screams, repeatedly, "I'm your boss... I hired you... I'm your boss...", and then she racially slurs the black man, and there runs from

After this the man says something in response, then the woman repeats the racial remark several times, and finally calls him a 'slave'.

The woman recording the video can also be heard gasping, commenting on the racial slur.

The video has been viewed 2.8 million times on micro-blogging website Twitter, and most of the viewers were seen demanding police action against the woman, and some tried to identify the woman.

Behavior like this is never okay.

Responding to this video clip, Uber said in a tweet that they are looking for the driver's information to investigate the matter.

Uber wrote, "This type of behavior is never acceptable... We have a 'zero tolerance' policy on discrimination... If you have more information about an Uber passenger or driver, send a direct message to, So that we can investigate this incident..."
