Karina Potemkina

came to Ukraine last winter.

She lived in Buchi, survived the occupation there, from which she miraculously escaped.

After the Russian troops left Bucha, Karina returned there to volunteer.

On June 30, Karina Potemkina was awarded a certificate of appreciation for her volunteer work in Ukraine.

The award ceremony was held on behalf of the Buchansk Territorial Society.

But the migration services of Ukraine put a stamp in her passport that she must leave the country.

For a long time, Potemkina could not obtain documents for legalization.

Today it became known that after several unsuccessful attempts, she still managed to get a temporary residence permit in Ukraine.
