After the Russian shelling on November 23, according to Ukrainian energy experts, most of the residents of Ukraine were left without electricity.

Most of Ukraine's CHPPs and HPPs have temporarily stopped working, and water supply problems have arisen in some regions.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrskyi, said that 10 people were killed and three high-rise buildings were damaged as a result of rocket attacks.

According to Kanashenkov, the goal of the attack was achieved, all the designated objects were hit, including "violated transfer by railway of the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, foreign weapons, military equipment and ammunition to the areas of hostilities."

"I want to emphasize that not a single strike was carried out against objects in the city of Kyiv.

All the destruction in the city, announced by the Kyiv regime, was the result of the fall of foreign and Ukrainian air defense missiles placed in residential areas of the Ukrainian capital," Kanashenkov claims.

The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, answered: "The special military operation is fulfilling its tasks.

There were no strikes on social objects, and there are none."
