Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev (Kassym-Jomart Tokayev) called on Putin to stop the war at the meeting. Alexander Lukashenko, while vocally critical of NATO's military support for Ukraine, also called for "an end to the bloodshed and the beginning of peace talks."

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, whose conflict broke out with Azerbaijan in September, refused to sign the joint document, saying that CSTO "has not prevented Azerbaijan's aggression (on the border area)."

Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian Minister of the Interior, posted a video on Twitter PO, claiming that after Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan refused to sign the joint document, Putin was so angry that he threw his pen on the table. Lukashenko looked shocked.

The adviser to the Ukrainian Minister of the Interior posted a video on Twitter PO saying that after the Prime Minister of Armenia refused to sign the joint document, Putin threw his pen on the table angrily, and the President of Belarus looked shocked.
