In the evening of November 23, the President of Ukraine spoke at an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council.

Zelensky called for Ukraine to receive more weapons, reported on the consequences of missile terror and the dead Ukrainians, calling it "the Russian formula for peace."

This is stated in the broadcast of the meeting of the UN Security Council.

The President spoke about Russian missile terror on November 23: about a newborn child killed in a maternity hospital, shelling of energy infrastructure.

He called on the UN Security Council to condemn the "Russian formula of terror" and support the Ukrainian formula for peace.

"The time has come to support the Ukrainian peace formula. Russia has long tried to turn the Security Council into a platform for rhetoric. But Ukraine is proposing to pass a resolution that will condemn all forms of Russian terror. On behalf of Ukraine, I invite you to visit our critical infrastructure to assess and document all damage," the president said.
