  • 2 green chilies finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • salt as required

  • 3 cups curd

  • 6 mint leaves finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp dried mango powder

How to make Onion Raita - How To make Onion Raita Recipe:

Step 1. Whisk the curd 

 To make onion raita, first put curd in a bowl.

Try that your curd is not too sour.

Now beat the curd well till it becomes smooth and soft. 

Step 2. Preparation

Add cumin powder, dried mango powder, salt to the curd which you have fitted well in the bowl and mix well.

Now add mint leaves, green chilies, green coriander and chopped onions.

If you want, you can add grated onion to the curd as well.

Step 3. Ready to serve

After mixing everything well, add a little more cumin powder for garnishing, add a little red chili and serve onion raita with food.
