"Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev

Ivan Demerdzhiev is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience.

He was born in 1975 in Plovdiv.

In 2001, he sounds quite convincing in his statements and when he says that someone flies at 200 km/h and they cannot catch him, I can say, however, that not only migrants fly at such a high speed, but also many Bulgarians ". This was stated on the air of Nova News by Eng. Bogdan Milchev from the Institute for Road Safety.

"We need the Ministry of the Interior to control all this. The traffic police has many organizational problems," he added.

"The problem with migrants is transferred by the Ministry of the Interior to the Law. And the law will not stop the migrants, they must be stopped at the border. What the Ministry of the Interior is doing now is the collapse of statehood," he is categorical.

"We cannot give so many victims to the policemen, this is not normal at all - policemen die, law enforcement officers are injured, they cannot even be secured on the road to do their job. A total collapse," he added.

"This corruption, which reigns in the Ministry of the Interior, cannot be eradicated so easily, we must start clean, from the beginning, in order to put our country in order," Milchev believes.

Geshev: We will try to offer options for solving the "war on the roads" problem

"In order to reduce the victims, organizational changes are needed - there is pointless work in the Traffic Police, and this is what the analyzes show," he also said.

"Struma - one year after the accident there - why has no one paid attention to this section, what is the answer, because there are not so many victims there. Engineering and control actions must be taken", added Milchev.

The Road Safety Institute strongly opposes the vicious practice of the various political leaderships of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in recent years to try to solve organizational problems through changes in legislation.

We insist on a complete review of the methodology of control and the behavior of the police force and recommend that the Minister of Internal Affairs commissions the preparation of a SWOT analysis - a widely popular technique of strategic management.

The SWOT-analysis will show both the deficits of the administrative-penal activity and the opportunities for the impact of traffic trauma.
