said that emergency power outages were applied in all regions of Ukraine as a result of another massive missile attack on critical infrastructure facilities.    

He wrote about it in Telegram.

"Terrorist state Russia has once again demonstrated its true nature to the world. Missile attacks on energy infrastructure. Emergency power outages have been implemented throughout the country. This is a forced step to avoid accidents and system imbalances. Repair crews have already begun to restore the damaged infrastructure," Shmyhal emphasized.

Also, according to the Prime Minister, the Government held an operational meeting with the heads of diplomatic missions and institutions of Ukraine abroad with the participation of the heads of the Ministry of Energy and Ukrenergo. 

"We determined the priority for the supply of energy equipment from partners to Ukraine, in particular for the repair of damaged infrastructure and the provision of "Points of Invincibility". I tasked the Ministry of Energy to establish close round-the-clock coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Customs. Energy equipment must arrive in Ukraine quickly and without interruption," Shmyhal summarized .

Russia's massive missile attack on November 23

On Wednesday, November 23, Russia launched another missile attack on Ukrainian cities, attacking critical infrastructure facilities.

As a result of the "arrivals", electricity supply is completely or partially absent in Kyiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Mykolaiv,

Lviv

, Cherkasy oblasts, and Prykarpattia.

In some towns and cities there is also no water supply.
