The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Tinie Cox, reacted to the Russian

massive shelling

of Ukraine and warned the Russian authorities about punishment for these attacks.

"With today's missile attacks on civilian infrastructure (including the maternity ward in Vilniansk and the polyclinic in Kupyansk), Russia continues to violate international law. Leaders in the Kremlin, beware - these crimes will not go unpunished," the PACE leader wrote on Twitter.

Rocket attack on Ukraine on November 23

Today, November 23, the Russian military once again massively bombarded Ukraine with missiles.

According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the occupiers fired 

70 missiles and 5 attack drones at our country.

51 missiles were shot down. 

When a rocket hit the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region, 4 people were killed and 35 others were injured. 

Also, on the night of November 23,

the maternity hospital

of the Vilnius hospital in the Zaporizhzhia region was shelled.

As a result, a two-day-old baby died, and one of the injured medics suffered 37% burns.

In the morning, the occupiers also shelled Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region.

A 9-story residential building and a polyclinic

were hit

.

There is also the destruction of the school.

As a result of the attack, two passers-by were killed.
