The case was reported by the Qiaotou District Prosecutor’s Office The investigation office prosecuted Lai and Huang Nv respectively for the crime of injury and obstruction of freedom, and petitioned the court for a summary sentence.

The indictment pointed out that at around 8:00 p.m. on August 28 this year, Lai Nan returned to the parking lot set up by a nearby temple after shopping at the night market in Ziguan District. Thinking that she had no right to charge, he got out of the car and violently pushed her to the ground.
