[Reporter Qiu Zhirou/Taipei Report] The positive rate of regular screening of residential institutions across the country is an important indicator for observing the epidemic situation. Luo Yijun, deputy head of the medical response team of the Central Epidemic Command Center, announced today (22nd) the latest weekly screening trend, the positive rate of institutional residents 0.5% for staff and 0.4% for staff, the lowest since the implementation of the national periodic screening of accommodation establishments on June 20.

Luo Yijun said that the latest week's statistics have dropped significantly again, with residents falling from 0.7% in the previous week to 0.5%, and staff falling to 0.4% after maintaining 0.7% for four consecutive weeks.

It is the lowest point since the implementation of the national regular screening of residential institutions, and it is lower than the previous wave of epidemics. It also shows that the current institutions and communities are safer.
