Ukrainian Foreign Minister

Dmytro Kuleba

calls on the European Union to adopt the ninth package of sanctions against the aggressor Russia.

Restrictions, the diplomat emphasizes, should be as powerful as possible.

He said this during a briefing on November 22.

According to him, the issue of adopting the ninth sanctions package "has long been overdue, but the package is still not there."

"We only hear attempts to start serious work on its preparation. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. I call on all my colleagues in the EU: both in the European Commission and among the EU member states to put aside any doubts or fatigue, and start and quickly complete the new the ninth sanctions package, and make it as powerful as possible," Kuleba said.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that the restrictions that inhibit and stop the missile industry of the Russian Federation are important.

"Russia's ability to produce new missiles must be simply destroyed so that they do not have an additional resource to destroy Ukrainian cities, the Ukrainian energy system and Ukrainian citizens," Kuleba emphasizes.

Kyiv also insists on the need for a full energy embargo, an extension of the oil embargo on the northern branch of the Druzhba gas pipeline, and a ban on the import of liquefied gas from Russia.

The minister called for the introduction of sanctions against "Rosatom", and also to suspend the rights of the Russian Federation in the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasizes the complete ban of Russian state propaganda in the EU and other countries.

"It is also necessary to expand individual sanctions. We suggest adding to the list all those involved in illegal actions at the ZNPP. Ukraine has already introduced such restrictions at the national level, and we have submitted our list to the EU," Kuleba said.

As you can see,

the process of a deep recession has begun in Russia.

In particular, production volumes in the country have been declining for two quarters in a row, the situation in the economy

worsened by the announced mobilization.
