"We must first of all prepare for the most difficult and most dangerous scenario, namely a large-scale war against a front-line opponent. The war in Ukraine is a big wake-up call for the entire society. The potential for the escalation of the war in Ukraine continues to grow. Even the most serious scenarios cannot be ruled out," he warned head of the General Staff of the Czech Republic.

He called on the government for the biggest rearmament in the history of the Czech army.
