, the life of 28-year-old soldier Andrii was saved for ten hours at the Mechnikov Hospital.

He blew himself up on a mine.

The fighter received many complex injuries and lost a lot of blood.

Serhii Ryzhenko, the general director of the Mechnikov Hospital, told about this on his Facebook page.

According to him, "Andrei's life was steadily melting", because the mine exploded under his feet and left no chance.

"Cerebral contusion, injuries to the soft tissues of the neck, laceration of the submandibular area, fracture of the right maxillary sinus with the presence of a foreign body. Tracheotomy. Everything is in an avalanche of hazy dreams. The largest fragment entered the spine, damaging the carotid artery," the doctor said.

During the surgical intervention, all blood vessels and wounds of the soldier were sewn up.

The operation was successful, emphasized Serhiy Ryzhenko.

Currently, the soldier has been removed from the ventilator.

"Only the happy shine of mom's tears says everything, let's live. The two of them are happy today..." - added the doctor.

As reported, the price of restraining the occupiers in Donetsk region is the first to be seen
