A meeting was held between the Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the management of Baku Engineering University.

"APA-Economics" informs that the prospects of cooperation, the involvement of final year students studying information security in internship programs and the possibilities of future employment of graduates were discussed at the meeting.

Manafeddin Namazov, vice-rector for international relations of Baku Engineering University, made a speech and said that cooperation between educational institutions and industrial sectors is important for the training of graduates as professional staff in line with the demands of the labor market.

In this regard, providing mentoring support to students studying information security, involving them in training and industrial experience can greatly contribute to the university's work.

In his speech, the head of the Electronic Security Service, Shahin Aliyev, informed about the work carried out by the institution in the field of cyber security, and the planned future projects.

Shahin Aliyev noted that the Electronic Security Service attaches special importance to expanding cooperation with educational institutions in the direction of increasing personnel potential in the field of cyber security.

At the end of the meeting, it was proposed to sign a memorandum on cooperation between the parties.
