Nikita Dobrynin

, host of ZhVL,

touched on the topic of power outages, which is a sore point for Ukrainians.

The celebrity, who is in Ukraine with his wife and young son, noted that no matter how hard the Russian occupiers try to give Ukrainians an unbearable winter, they do not know how strong we are as a nation.

The presenter also shared how he and his family try to save electricity:

"As far as our energy is concerned, how will a blackout really happen? In short, a blackout is when the power grid is heavily overloaded and experiences an emergency shutdown. That is, when everyone is turned off, and it can cause a stir. So, from my side, my family and I also try to save electricity," said Dobrynin.

As one option to save electricity, the presenter suggests, for example, washing at night:

"We use household appliances sparingly and in accordance with the recommendations, especially those that are the most powerful. These include washing, which will be the most practical at night, because at night there is no such load as, for example, during peak hours, which is during the day. It is clear that when you have small children, you don't get romantic with Tik-Tok: "there is no light, it's not a problem, you can communicate more, read books, etc." That's why I installed a generator that helps to cook food, heat the house," Dobrynin said.

We will remind you that earlier 1+1 presenters Yuriy Gorbunov, Solomiya Vitvitska, Yehor Gordeev, Nelya Shovkoplyas and others shared
