Germany offers to transfer additional air defense systems to Poland, after the fall of a missile near the border with Ukraine.
This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany, Christine Lambrecht,
Voice of America
reports.
Also, the government of Germany offers Warsaw its assistance in providing air patrols.
For this, Germany offers to use its Eurofighter fighters.
"We have offered Poland support in guaranteeing airspace security - with our Eurofighter fighters and Patriot air defense systems," Lambrecht told German journalists.
It will be recalled that earlier the Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, stated that "
investigators have recordings from border guard cameras, but they do not give 100% certainty where the rocket was fired
from."
We will remind you that the President of Poland Andrzej Duda does not rule out that in the future
various accidents may occur on the territory of the country as a result of the war
that is going on in Ukraine.
