Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, named three main points that Russia must fulfill before sitting down at the negotiating table.

He wrote about it on Twitter.

Podolyak called the execution of these points a test of "Russian intelligence":

"Russian intelligence".

A simple test.

How to sit down at the negotiation table?

Only three steps:

  • Stop firing missiles at a sovereign country.

  • Remove occupation troops from the territory of a sovereign country.

  • To return to international law, where the borders of countries are prescribed."

  • Earlier, the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, said that Russia had not officially addressed Ukraine with a request for peace talks.

According to Mykhailo Podoliak, the West's efforts to bring Ukraine to the negotiating table after a series of great military victories are tantamount to asking for surrender.
