Various units of the city government and the construction company rushed to repair it overnight. It was 4:30 this morning. Complete road repairs and reopen to traffic.

At a new construction site in Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City, a road collapse occurred last night. The Public Works Bureau immediately launched an emergency response. Together with the Kaohsiung City Architects Association and the Kaohsiung City Civil Technicians Association, they went to the site for investigation and initially determined the cause of the road collapse. The excavation caused the road to subside. The pothole was 5 meters long and 2 meters wide, and the depth was about 1.9 meters. Fortunately, no casualties were trapped, and the builder was asked to stop work.

Various units of the city government and the builder rushed to repair overnight. At 11:30 last night, the water supply repair was completed first, and the road subgrade backfill and asphalt pavement began. The staff rushed to repair and completed the road repair at 4:30 this morning and resumed traffic.

The Bureau of Public Works stated that the construction site did not have appropriate measures to maintain safety and equipment, and violated Article 63 of the Construction Law.

The potholes in the roads of Qianjin District were repaired overnight by the Gaoshi government and reopened to traffic.
