The aggressor Russian Federation cannot be excluded from

the G20 countries,

despite the calls of some Western politicians.

This was stated by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak during his speech at the SOR27 summit in Egypt.

"The G20 is a wider group of countries that works according to the principle of consensus. Thus, it is impossible to exclude Russia from this group in the same way as from the G7," the head of the British government emphasized.

According to him, London is working closely with G20 partners to send a signal that threats to use nuclear weapons are unacceptable.

By the way, on the eve of the G20 summit,

Sunak said that Russia is becoming an "exile state".

We will remind you that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the G20 participants with a request to

exclude Russia from the membership of this organization.

310 People's Deputies voted for the relevant resolution.
