Delhi Police has received an important information from the neighbors of accused 

 's flat.

According to the neighbors, about 300 rupees water bill of Aftab's flat is outstanding.

Most of the people live on rent in this colony of Darsal Chhatarpur hilly area.

Water bill up to 20,000 liters in Delhi is free from the Delhi government.

Two neighbors living above Aftab informed that the water bill of all the floors comes to zero.

But it came to know from the landlord that the water bill of Aftab's flat of Rs.300 is outstanding.

The rest of the tenants and landlords are now surprised about this bill.

In fact, it has come to the fore that after the murder, Aftab kept running hot water continuously on Shraddha's body and she used more water for the next few days.

So that the blood gets cleaned from the dead body.

Along with chemical, more water was used to remove blood stains.

That's why his water bill came so much.

While living alone, water should have been free.

The woman living on the top floor also told that Aftab used to go to the terrace repeatedly to see the water tank.

It seemed normal to him at that time.

But now I understand why he would have gone to see the water.

Along with this, landlord Rohan's father Rajendra Kumar told that once he accidentally rang the doorbell of Aftab's flat.

On which Aftab angrily said why did you ring the bell early in the morning.

According to sources, Aftab had got the rent agreement made, in which Shraddha's name was written first and his name later.

According to the landlord, he knew that she was not married.

A broker had got him a house and he used to pay Rs 9000 as rent every month between 8th and 10th.

Aftab used to pay the rent online, so he never needed to go to the landlord's house.
