The Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation has added to the list of unclassified information in the field of military and military-technical activities, which is prohibited to transfer to "foreign sources" because it "endangers security".

An item on the transportation of military personnel was added to it.

The updated version of this list is published on the Russian Internet portal of legal information.

The clause prohibiting the transfer to foreign sources of information about the location, actual names, organizational structure, armament, and number of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and other power structures was supplemented with information "about transportation, transportation routes, and movement" of departmental employees.

The corresponding changes will enter into force on December 1, 2022.

It will be recalled that at the end of October, Russian soldiers arrived in Belarus as part of the joint deployment of the troops of the two countries.
