Ingredients for an air omelet:
4 eggs,
200-250 ml (glass) of milk at room temperature
Salt to taste.
Cooking a gentle omelet in a water bath:
Beat the egg thoroughly with a fork in a convenient container.
Add milk and beat again.
Do not forget to add salt.
Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant dish.
We put it in a pan filled with hot water.
Cover with a lid, bring to a boil and then cook for another 15-20 minutes.

Cooking an omelet in a microwave oven:
Beat 4 eggs, 200 ml of milk, a pinch of salt thoroughly with a fork.
Lubricate a deep bowl with butter (this is so that the bowl can be easily washed later), pour the mixture into it.
