This morning, November 17, as a result of shelling by the

occupiers 

of Chasovoy Yar in the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk region, three people were injured.

This was reported by the head of Donetsk OVA, Pavlo Kyrylenko.

"Three wounded are the result of the morning shelling of Chasovoy Yar. The city was hit by an anti-aircraft missile - 6 hits and significant damage were recorded. A kindergarten, a boiler house and at least 9 houses were damaged," he wrote in Telegram.

The head of the region also called on residents to evacuate.

"The entire free part of Donetsk region is under constant threat of Russian shelling. We have long run out of absolutely safe places. Don't risk your life — evacuate," he emphasized.

The Russian army is intensifying its assaults to break through Ukrainian defenses.

Russian President Putin's spokesman, Dmytro Peskov, admitted that the Russian Federation is destroying Ukrainian energy infrastructure and wants to leave Ukrainians without gas and electricity in the middle of winter because it "wants negotiations."
